is anyone interested in a Facebook I Op therefore .. group?

Hello, loooong time no post! I have been wondering if anyone is interested in a Canberra-centric op shop/garage sale group? Handy to let people know about things that you aren't going to buy and to share fabulous finds. I'd be happy to set it up and be an admin, but I would love another admin. I think a closed group is good because it means we can tip each other off. Some people may like to keep their thrifting quiet ;)

I'd love a Canberra-centric op shop group! And I'd be happy to be admin too, although I'll be leaving Canberra for a year from Sept 2014-Sept 2015.

Lib, I've set up a group called Op Shoppers of Canberra.

I've set it up as private, so if you ask to join I will make you an admin :)

Settings are that anyone can invite new members but an admin approves

Great idea Zoe, if you need a hand let me know. I can definitely spread the word amongst all the hardcore op shoppers I know! :)

hi ladies - I manage a small church run op shop and would be keen to let you know when we have sales etc, or put out a special item...

Hi Bron

That sounds great: can you also check our Google document list and let us know if we have your shop's details listed correctly?

Another Chance at Scullin - we're listed well, with the inclusion of Eftpos - No, Furniture - No
But lots of other great bargains. ATM we have sewing patterns for 20c each and there's some great vintage ones amongst them....
